The first bedroom is a King with a lighted headboard. The bath with a shower/tub is next door on the hall. It has a small deck with a table & chairs set for 2 that have a nice ocean view.
The 3rd bedroom has 1-Double bed and 2-single Twin beds, and it also has a TV/VCR/DVD player.
The great room has a full leather couch and 3 leather recliners for relaxing in front of the gas fireplace & a 42-inch flat screen Cable TV. The dining area has a table & chairs for 8, and two counter chairs for a total of 10. The Full kitchen with an oceanview, has almost everything you would want including a stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher & gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, radio, a beautiful set of dishes & stemware, gourmet cooking utensils,& large pantry for your foods and more. The Dining area and the open and spacious living room with sparking ocean views.
This home has a reverse floor plan to take advantage of the several views of the Ocean, the Wharf & Boardwalk. The backyard playground has a natural ground cover and several fruit trees it is fully-fenced for both pets & kids. There is an outdoor shower for easy sand removal next to the new large hot tub!
