The Wood Duck- This is a very unique and expansive property located on Branciforte Creek. 2800 square feet. It features a very large 2 story, 4 bedroom home which has hardwood floors running throughout the 1st story. The first floor has a breakfast nook and a large fish tank separating the kitchen from the front entrance. The kitchen has all modern appliances and a lot of counter space.
Walking out of the kitchen and into the oversized, well-lit living room you will find many comfy couches. There is a bedroom next to the living room that has a double bed and a view of the back yard. Sorry, no weddings are allowed at this home, though wedding guests may stay.
Moving up the stairs you come to the master bedroom with a California King sized bed and an amazing panoramic view of the backyard. It has beautiful vaulted ceilings. The attached master bathroom has two sinks and a large Jacuzzi hot tub with a port hole style window that looks over the pond. Moving through the master bathroom you will find the 2nd upstairs bedroom. This room has a low Queen sized bed. Moving back out the master bedroom and to the top of the stairs you will find the 3rd bedroom. This room is spacious featuring a Queen bed, high ceilings and a view of the backyard. All linens are provided and the beds are made fresh for you. More linen in the closet if needed.
In the garden, at the top of the Pond, there is an amazing tree house which feels more like a home in a tree. To access the tree house you must climb up an organic ladder and enter into the living room. To the left you will find a small bedroom with a wonderful view of the pond and backyard. The tree house towers over the very large pond which has mature Koi and a small waterfall. The hot tub is on the far side of the pond in the middle of a fairy ring of redwood trees.

The Wood Duck is a magical place where memories are made and cherished.
There is a very private hot tub in the middle of a fairy ring of redwood trees. There are two small walking bridges and a very large and well maintained grassy backyard which is perfect for the kids to play on. There is a large gazebo which is ideal for a large family dinner, birthday or anniversary celebration. A gas grill BBQ can be found the patio overlooking the back yard. There are fountains and many sculptures to be discovered on this estate. This is a place you will write home about!
