VENETIAN at CAPITOLA WHARF Sleeps up to 10 in a freshly remodeled double unit! Spectacular Views of Ocean and Beach, just 10 steps to the sand. It has two bedrooms on the first Floor with the Great Room that is central to the Kitchen, Dining Area & Upper Bathroom. There is the first Jacuzzi in the Master Queen bedroom with an Ocean View and the Second bedroom on the first floor has a set Twin Trundles. All linens are provided and the beds are made fresh for you. More linen in the closet if needed.
Down the fun spiral stairwell is a large lower level with a Double bed bedroom with another Jacuzzi tub and a Family or Den area with 2-Queen Innerspring Futons. There is a full bathroom on this floor also.
The Kitchen is elegantly equipped with a Gas stove, Microwave, Large Refrigerator that has an Ice Dispenser. The first seating area is a booth with a Great Ocean & Beach view. The second table located in the dining area can be moved next to this booth for a total seating of 10.
There is a small deck just off the Great Room that has a tall Umbrella table & chair set. The home is located in the small walkway between the two rows of the Venitian houses. The Gas BBQ is stored just down the stairs for easy transport to the beach just about 10-steps away. The home has a Flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi and a small gas fire-stove.
Just steps away from all the great restaurants on the other side of the small bridge or just 3-doors away from the Capitola Wharf with its nice set of restaurants at the end. Book early for the World Famous Capitola Begonia Festival with amazing barges covered with vivid begonias that float down the small river. Many other festivals are always being presented in Capitola. This unit has a permit for a parking space almost in front of the home.
