Short walk down quiet street to the large & sandy Seacliff State Beach Park or just over a small river pedestrian bridge is the long and sandy Rio Del Mar Beach.

Floor to ceiling windows & sliding glass door lead onto long deck with new propane BBQ, glass table & six + chairs with thick comfortable pads. Yard with hot tub is fenced-in below the deck for your pets, and also stores a couple of bicycles & boogie boards for your use.
1st Floor: 2-Queen Bedrooms, 1-extra Large Bedroom with 2-twins and 1-Double sleeper sofa, foosball table and TV with DVD. The Washer & Dryers are in the closet under stairs. All linens are provided and the beds are made fresh for you. More linen in the closet if needed.
2nd Floor: 1-Queen bedroom, another full bath, Kitchen, Sunroom Kitchen table for 4, another small table & two Wicker chairs for guests who are chatting with the cooks. Large Living room with Fireplace, TV, Dining Table that can seat up to 10 and sliding glass doors to the deck with the Gas BBQ and table & comfortable chairs.
