Floor to ceiling windows & sliding glass door lead onto long deck with new propane BBQ, table & 10 chairs with thick comfortable pads. Yard with hot tub is fenced-in below the deck for your pets, and also stores a couple of bicycles & boogie boards for your use.

The lower entrance to seacliff state beach park is a short, 1 block; flat walk away and 1 more block; still flat walk; onto the very large & sandy Rio del mar beach with firepits & bathrooms and the seacliff beach. the Rio del mar esplanade offers excellent deli`s & a coffee shop and a fine seafood restaurant called the Rio cafe- with all the restaurants having an ocean view! There is also parking at this esplanade; if needed.
