THE SAND DOLLAR: Vacation Rental sleeps up to 9, 3-bedrooms, 2-bath. Ideal location 6-houses to the Pleasure Point surfing park and fun walking & biking paths. 3-short blocks to the large sandy 26th Ave Beach. Wonderful quiet street with little traffic.

This Home is beachy and sunny with hand-crafted moldings, finishes and cherry hardwood floors. New kitchen has marble counters, stainless appliances, gas stove, dishwasher, and a dining area with big multi-paned windows looking onto the comfortable backyard. Backyard has a large hot tub, outside hot & cold shower, big stainless BBQ, and patio dining tables & chairs.

There are two bedrooms downstairs: one with a Queen bed and maple furniture, and the other sleeps four with two comfy Twin bunk-beds.The downstairs bath has shower/tub. Master Suite upstairs is spacious and elegant with King bed, master bath with shower, and a private deck. Upstairs also boasts a sundeck with two chaise lounges for relaxing. Hear the surf from the decks. Hang out and relax with house games, puzzles and books.

Home is fully connected with Broadband high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi, Cable TV and a high-definition flat screen TV, and free unlimited nationwide phone service. DVD player and a movie collection. Full-sized washer-dryer in the garage.

Pleasure Point is a fun and popular destination for Californians, with bluff-top walking, bike trails and picnic areas -- watch the surfers at one of the best point breaks in the area or take a lesson where they guarantee you will be up and riding a wave the first day!! Easy walk to over to 15+ restaurants within 10 blocks. Use a couple of the Home’s restored vintage beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, kites, sand toys and more!

Dog Amenities: The coast path, just one block away, is very popular with dog walkers. There is a wonderful dog park (called the Dirt Farm) where you can get all lot of local knowledge about the area from the dog owners who congregate along the ocean here. Dogs are also allowed off-leash in the small local neighborhood beaches. Our Home provides basic dog supplies, including a dog bed in the garage. Front and back yards are fenced.
