Wonderful kitchen with Bosh dishwasher, new Gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, granite tile counter, dishes for 20+ and all other conveniences.
Carriage House has 2-twin beds (that can be made into a 1-King) & 1-day bed, and a couch, that when the cushions are removed, is 1-twin bed. There is also a full bath with a shower. There is also a TV and entertainment center - great for kids club-house or a special suite for the guests of honor.
The 6th bedroom has one Queen bed and a private deck.

Extra upstairs sink area for washing up and additional stove, refrigerator & microwave for Thanksgiving-type feasts.
All bed linens & bathroom towels are provided. There are a total of 3 TVs, with cable, lots of VHS tapes & DVD's, and one Video tape player. Also a computer, color copier/printer & DSL wireless through-out the Manor

Carriage house 4th bathroom has a shower. The 3rd & 4th bathrooms are on an unlimited hot water system! This one is at the 2nd Fl of the Carriage house with the twin beds.
The Lower Level also features an elegantly appointed gourmet kitchen with granite tiled counters & all new stainless steel appliances including a new gas stove/oven and Bosch dishwasher. The dining room has 3-tables that
seat 22 & 4-counter stools in the dining area for a total of 26.
- The LOWER LEVEL also has: 1st Bedroom has a Queen, 1-Full Bath with /ShowerTub
- 2nd Bedroom has a California King air-coiled bed.
- The living room has two Queen Innerspring futons in front of the large wood fireplace.
- There are also 4-folding adult-sized cots for those who prefer to not share beds.
- The UPPER LEVEL has: the 3rd Bedroom with redwood floors, a Queen bed and a large hardwood crib,
- 4th Bedroom has two twin beds. 1-Full Bath with /ShowerTub
- The 5th bedroom or Den has two Queen innerspring futons
- near the fireplace and upstairs entertainment center with lots of free videos.
- The 6th bedroom has a Queen bed & is called the Sunshine Room.
- This room also has a private deck with a table, chair & umbrella.
- There is a fully equipped second kitchen on the second level too,
- so large groups can have lot of room for great cooking!
- The detached Carriage House has 2-twin beds & a day bed/sofa.
- The two twins can be made up as a large King if desired.
- There is a Cable TV/VCR and stereo with /CD and tapes.
- The 3rd full bath is in the upstairs Carriage House area and the
- 4th full bath is downstairs and accessible from the backyard without having to go through the home.
- There is also an outside shower with unlimited hot and cold running water!

As several sets of guests have asked about receptions and other larger gathering that would NOT be staying overnight, we ask that you consider having these types of events at local halls and only have those sleeping at the home be present at other times. It is not legal in the County of Santa Cruz to have weddings at Vacation Rentals.
