An Outrageously Fun Estate can sleep up to 25-Guests and it is just a few minutes' drive from the 7-miles of sandy beaches in the rio Del mar area and just a few minutes futher to the charming village of Capitola. An Oasis of tall Palm trees, a large Swimming Pool, 16-person Hot Tub, Sand Volleyball Court that has cool prays for the sand when it gets warm, Huge BBQ area made out of River-Rock, with 2-full roasting pits and another large grill for steaks & hamburgers, etc. There is a unique bar area that can be the Set-up area for dispensings drinks with a refrigerator and a sink., a stage area for the band and a fun dance floor. there is also a 1/2 Basketball court, a Fire-Pit for roasting marshmellows and a Horseshoe Pit to try out this old favorite game. The Pool house with its massive Wolf gas stove and full kitchen is a great are to help with the food preparation. enjoy Wooded Views of the Vally all the way across tothe Monterey bay. a large fountain near the completely fenced-in Swimming Pool, sets off this playground with over 2-acres of "Top of the Mountain" fun.
The Estate has a large Living room that at one end has a massive stone Fireplace with Heatalator vents and two Inglenooks with additional heated vents on both sides of the Fireplace. The other end of the Living room features an extra-large 72" TV and DVD/VHS players with three comfortable couches and etra chairs for viewing the screen. there is a bookcase with many DVD/VHS movies, or you are welcome to bering you owne favorites. This screen can be attached to your laptop if there are special items that you want to share with the group. There are also books and National Geographic magazines for your reading pleasure.
The home has 5-formal sleeping areas doors and closets, and with each bed having its own reading lights, 2-full bathrooms; the 1st having a shower/tub, and the 2nd with a jetted tub and shower. There are also 3-Half baths. The 1st half bath is adjacent to the Large TV Living Room area, the 2nd is next to the River Rock BBQ, across the backyard to the Left near the BBQ area, and the 3rd half bath is under the Pool House, next to the Sauna.

The 1st Bedroom has a Double bed and a Large TV with a Comcast cable connection, the 2nd Bedroom has a Queen, and the Master Bedroom has an elegant carved wood column King bed with attached Master bath that has the jetted tub and shower.
The gigantic-vaulted ceiling Great Room with its 20-lights chandelier dwarfs the regulation size Pool Table. The beds in this room include 2-Kings, 3-Twin beds and 4-Queen Aero-beds that can be set up in various areas of the Great Room or other rooms in the Estate. The Great Room also has a sitting area with 2-large couches and 2-wicker chairs. There is also a Wurlitzer Upright Piano and a fun Organ to enjoy.
The home is complete with wireless Wi-Fi, 3-Refrigerators, Comcast TV, 2-Video Players, (one that is 62" wide with DVD & VHS players that assures everyone’s favorite movie will have a place to be seen.) The laundry room features a new set of extra-large washer & dryer and an iron and ironing board.

The kitchen has two refrigerators between it and the hall pantry area. It also contains a large microwave, dishwasher, a solid glass electric stovetop and an oven. There are also two coffee makers, a toaster and all the pots and pans you will need as well as a small assortment of spices.

The Pool House on the other side of the Swimming Pool has lots of room for creating the feasts to be held outdoors or inside. The massive 6-burner Wolf gas range with two ovens is a delight to cook with. There is also a dishwasher, another refrigerator and sink area plus a couch, and 2 tables for extra help with the food preparation. You can take the stairs down to the back of the building, and it will lead to the Sauna and the 3rd half bathroom.
Wedding & large Events with 50-500 guests, costs an additional $2000 and up, and the guests must secure Event insurance before the event can be confirmed. There is a Church about 1/4 mile away has parking for over 100 cars and charges $200 a day for being the parking space for large groups. Most groups opt to arrange for a shuttle car or van to transport guests to the Estate, though this is not a long walk when leaving, as it is all downhill.
All the event details will be coordinated with either a wedding or event planner or if you want to do it yourself, the owner will help with local information as to who might be available to help your event be as perfect as you could wish. The stage area is provided for acoustic music or other non-amplified tunes only. There is a curfew in all of Santa Cruz County that requires that all outside events be finished and creating no noise after 10pm, so we ask that your group be inside by 9:45pm at the latest.
