This one level, Santa Cruz, California vacation rental home has 3-bedrooms, 1-large Den with a stone Fireplace, 2 full baths, and a kid and pet-friendly grassy backyard with a bubbling hot tub and nice BBQ grill.
It’s just 2 flat blocks to the 26th Ave Beach where you can enjoy exhilarating views of endless blue ocean as you read for hours on one of the benches overlooking the sea or take the easy stairway down to the dog-friendly beach and boogie board, body surf, play Frisbee, or just relax in the sun. Another day, head out in the other direction a couple of blocks to the easy access, wide sandy beach with plenty of room to play and relax at 21st Avenue County Park, across from Corcoran Lagoon. Charming and comfortable, the Tropical Lanai Retreat features 3 bedrooms and one large Den, allowing plenty of room for up to 12 guests to enjoy a fun vacation.
The Den has a Fireplace and two Queen innerspring Futons. One of the bedrooms has a Calif. King bed & the other two feature Queen beds. There is also 1-Queen Innerspring Futon in front of the Living Room fireplace. For more convenience, there are 2-full bathrooms; the first with tub and shower, off the hall, and the other at the end of the Den, both fitted with adjustable height showers. Set up your laptop on the desk in the Den or use the wireless DSL from anywhere in the home to keep up with your emails or surf the Web. Showcasing comfortable wicker & rattan furnishings, this pet friendly Santa Cruz cottage has entertainment facilities with 2-Cable TVs, DVD player, VCR and CD/stereo and wireless DSL for the entire family.
Between other pleasures, stay in shape by working out to one of the fitness tapes in the Den, or enjoy a fun game of foosball or croquet and then a soak in the hot tub, lounge around—either out in the sun or on a padded chair under the shady covered patio--
