Just a short 2-block stroll away is the charming Seascape Village in Aptos with delis, coffee houses, restaurants and many other shops. The village is right next to a set of tennis courts and a fitness club and close to the 18-hole championship Seascape golf course, which is open to the public. This home is on the way to Monterey with its fun Fisherman’s Wharf/Cannery Row, the world famous Monterey Bay Aquarium, 17 mile Drive and Pebble Beach. The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is just a short 20-min drive away and the quaint Village of Capitola can be reached in less than 15 min. Hike and mountain bike at Nisene Marks State Park (10,000 acres of wilderness) adjacent to old-town Aptos, a mere 10 min drive.
