This home has a great activity book with all local beach activities; Do not miss Longs Marine Lab for local marine life viewing and the West Cliff tide pools at Natural Bridges Beach. This is also where the Monarch Butterflies stay! There are 2 bicycles in the garage- 2 adult and 2 children's; and there is a side yard for storing other bicycles. If one travels down West Cliff Drive, (1 & 3/10's mile) you arrive at a set of stairs to a nice West Cliff Beach and further, toward the Santa Cruz Wharf, are the Lighthouse Field Beach and the Surf Museum. But just 3 blocks away is the entrance to the large & sandy Natural Bridges Beach! To see Dolphins, full whale skeletons and fun tidal exhibits, just Walk or Bike to the Longs Marine Laboratory. Just go Left on Delaware to the end of the road

The spacious & vaulted ceiling Living Room has a comfortable couch and 2 chairs. There is a 6-person table in the Dining Room open to the Living Room and this area has white, plush carpet. It is a wonderfully relaxing home for family get-together's. & wedding guests, thought no weddings at the home. The fully equipped kitchen has a Bamboo frame with glass topped table for 4.The kitchen also features a New range with convection oven. It is next to the fun Family Room, with a plush sectional couch and T.V./DVD/VCR and a fireplace. Plenty of CD's & a special ocean music cd.
Upstairs, the Master bedroom has a King bed, a Double-sized futon/couch and large Master bath with a double vanity and separate shower and large separate tub. The 2nd Bedroom has one Twin bed and a fold-up small child's cot. The 3rd Bedroom has one Double bed with surfer decorations and a grass bed sham. The 2nd full bath is near these two bedrooms. Upstairs also has a bookshelf with a large selections of books and novels for your vacation reading.
4th bedroom - downstairs, also has a Double bed with Natural Bridges painted motif on the walls. The 3rd bath is next to this bedroom. All linens are provided and the beds are made fresh for you. More linen in the closet if needed.
There is a fully enclosed large grassy backyard with a Gas BBQ, a 6-person dining outdoor table, with a gazebo-like framework over this table & chairs. There is an outdoor shower, on the side of the back yard.
Sorry no pets allowed. 4 bicycles: 2 Adult and 2 Children here is also a high chair, a Toddler bed, and a Graco play and sleep bed.
There is parking for 2 cars in the garage and 2 in the driveway and 1 in FRONT of the home. If you have any more cars, please have them park on Swanton as the Cul-de-sac gets very full with the owners of the other homes. Great location to bring your bicycles (easily stored in the backyard or the garage) and ride along West Cliff Drive. The home has 2 bicycles and FREE National & International Phone service to 43 countries!
Home is decorated with many sea-life watercolor pictures and lots of sea-life stuffed animals. There are many fun nautical items in some of the bedrooms too. Please take shoes off at the door. There is a path with Eucalyptus trees and grass down to Natural Bridges Beach on the other side of Swanton Dr. West Cliff Drive offers spectacular ocean viewing; while riding a bicycle, driving, jogging or walking!
The Santa Cruz Beach/Boardwalk is about 2 miles from the home and has fun things to do like shopping, fine ocean view dining, local artist shopping, jewelry shopping, and Marini's ice cream and candy shop. watching the seals and the fisherman! Restaurants suggested: All of them! They have been there for a long time, because they are good. Look for the shop: "Made in Santa Cruz" for local ceramic made items, jewelry, shell magnets, pictures and candles. 3-minutes drive to downtown Santa Cruz and 2+ min drive to the Santa Cruz Beach/Boardwalk and wharf. Monterey is about 90 min away and that is where the Monterey Bay Aquarium is located.
