This spacious family & group reunion home will be the talk of everyone, with several areas for get-together's and quiet times. You enter into the Mid level of the home which has a Great room with a stone fireplace, large flat screen TV, a set of two comfortable couches with a large dining area next to the floor-to-ceiling windows. The adjacent kitchen has a fun island with a gas stove and lots of counter space.

Down the short hall is a half bath and the first of the 5-bedrooms with a Double Innerspring Futon and several chairs for a quiet gathering space. This room does not have a door but is at the end of the hall, next to the staircase that goes up stairs. There is a nice deck through the French doors that has the Frontline Gas BBQ and table & chairs to sit and enjoy the soft sea breezes from the nearby Seabright beach.
Upstairs you have the Master Bedroom with a new Queen bed and 1 Twin Bed A few steps away is the Jacuzzi bathroom with a large separate shower. Down the hall are two more bedrooms; one with 1-Queen & 1-Twin and the 2nd with 2-Twins. There is another full bath across from these bedrooms with a shower/tub. The laundry is located off the hall.
Downstairs from the Mid level is a full Lower level is a storage area for beach chairs and toys and the next room is has two sets of unusual Full/Double sized bunk beds. There is also another TV entertainment center. Great for the kids! There is an intimate garden & parking for 4-5 cars off-street. 5-night min reservations year round.
The bottom floor bedroom has 2 double-size bunk beds and can sleep up to 8 guests with it own entertainment center.
This room is on the bottom floor and guests must go through 2 small storage areas where the bike & boogie boards are stored to get into it.
