There is a fully fenced-in yard with gate on the driveway. Easy, and less than a 1-block walk to the marvelous large & sandy Sunny Cove Beach and just 2-blocks to the wonderful local Farmers Market on Saturdays and Sundays during late Spring, Summer and Fall. Off-street parking for 5 cars. Sorry no pets.
