PERLA DEL MAR: Sleeps up to 8 - 2 bedrooms 2.5 baths, all one level and pet friendly. This home is just 4-doors to the long Sunny Cove Beach, and in one of the best neighborhoods in Santa Cruz. It is fully equipped with a ping pong table, Hot Tub, fenced and grassy back yard, Sun Room, WiFi, a Large Flat Screen TV, Boogie boards and an extensive game collection.

The updated kitchen has a flat top electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and lots of appliances, pots & pans & fun dishes.

Master bedroom is a King with a large corner shower bathroom next to it. The second bedroom has a twin trundle bed and a twin bunk bed and the room can sleep 4. The second bath with a shower/tub is on the hall. The Living Room has a Queen Innerspring Futon for two more guests.

The Dining room table that can seat up to 10, is next to both the Kitchen and the Living Room. The Kitchen has its own table that can seat up to 8. One of the best features of the home is a sunroom that has a delightful breakfast table and a small seating area that looks out onto the backyard garden, patio tables & chairs and Hot Tub.

The garage has the beach chairs, boogie boards and a great ping pong table to keep the kids and the young at heart amused. It also has a small bathroom with a good shower for removing the beach sand.
