OPAL CLIFF BEACH HOUSE: This beautiful Home sleeps up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. It has 1 Den and 3 baths. This elegant Opal Cliff home features a tinted sunroom with an ocean view, wonderful private backyard garden and front and back decks for BBQ. The secluded backyard gardens feature a hammock, beautiful flowers and a hot tub. Filled with hand-carved furniture from all parts of the world, this one-of-a-kind home is truly unique.
The ground floor has 2-bedrooms (each with private bath/showers; and a large den (with sofa-sleeper couch). The top floor has one bedroom with a Queen & there are also 2-single foam pads for children to sleep on. The top floor also has a large living room with a fireplace adjacent to the sunroom, the dining area & good-sized kitchen with a 6-person table.There is also a 4-person table in the solarium.
It's located just down the street from world famous surfing areas on 41st Ave and includes a key to "Privates" which is a beach that is mostly reserved for the residents and guests of the Opal Cliffs area.
It is a 1-mile walk or bike to the charming seaside Village of Capitola. This is pet Friendly and has Parking for 6-cars. Lots of sand toys, 2-bicycles, & 4-beach chairs and Beach towels are provided. Sit out in the sun and enjoy the beautiful view.
