OCEANSIDE BOARDWALK TOWNHOUSE: Located on West Cliff Drive, this elegant Oceanview Townhouse sleeps up to 10 in 4-bedrooms and 1-Den with 3-1/2 baths. It is across the street from the Ocean, this 4-story Townhouse is a 1-block walk downhill past the Dream Inn to the Santa Cruz Wharf and Beach Boardwalk and has a great views of the Ocean and the lights of the Santa Cruz Wharf and Boardwalk. The Main floor has a formal Living Room with Flat Screen TV, Gas Fireplace and open adjoining Dining Room. The Dining Room seats 10 and has a crystal chandelier and is next to a fully equipped kitchen. There is a 1/2 bath is at the foot of the stairs next to the Living Room. Off of the Living Room is the small outdoor deck with a 4-person outdoor table and a Charcoal BBQ. This deck overlooks the Ocean and Santa Cruz Wharf and has views of the roller coaster!
On the next level: the 1st Bedroom is the Master Bedroom which has an ocean view and small deck, 1-Queen bed and a TV with adjoining Master Bath with a double vanity sink and separate shower. The 2nd Bedroom has 1-Double bed and a shell decor and the 3rd Bedroom has 1-Twin Trundle bed which sleeps 2. There is a full bath with a bath tub in-between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom on this 2nd floor.
On the next floor there is a 4th Bedroom with 1-Queen bed. There is also a large Den with a Queen Sofa sleeper with the ocean view and the Den has a Gas Fireplace. This level also has a full bath with shower.
There is also a large heated swimming pool and a hot tub for your enjoyment. (Pool and Hot Tub area are open from April 1 to October 1st.) The Garage which holds 2-full sized cars also has boogie boards and beach chairs for your enjoyment. The full laundry is also on this ground floor.
