This spacious, well decorated & comfortable home with Stained glass windows has silk rose decorations and shell decorations .
1st Bedroom- Downstairs- 1 Queen Bed with TV and Hawaiian print comforter.
2nd Bedroom- Downstairs-1 King Bed with TV.
3rd Bedroom- Upstairs with a King Bed, TV and double vanity bath; with a large showering area.
Also- Downstairs past the hallway
there is a door that closes to make a bedroom with 2 Pullman beds (in the walls); with reading lamps & a dresser.
Just past these beds is 1 Queen Futon & a gigantic marlin; above the bed.
Other amenities: Stereo, DVD players, VCR's & Open Ceilings.
Be sure to bring bicycles to ride into Capitola or the Boardwalk and take advantage of the six beach chairs and two boogie boards that are provided.

The Lighthouse View villa is 4 houses to the beach, a 30-second walk to the sand & you never have to cross a street! Spectacular Ocean View from the Master Bedroom with a deck & wooden end tables with marble. All linens are provided and the beds are made fresh for you. More linen in the closet if needed. The large double vanity bathroom has a ceramic shower & lots of showering space. Luxurious living. The large kitchen has 4 bar stools on a teak wood counter, teak cabinets, & a Jen-Aire inside grill on the stove top! There is also a glass table with 6 chairs beautifully covered with decorative fabric. There is a deck with a 4 person table right outside this fully equipped kitchen. The vaulted- ceiling Living room has a very large sectional couch that seats 7 people & there are other couches. There is also a Large 42" Flat Screen TV & Fireplace in the Living Room.
