FANTASTIC SANTA CRUZ BEACH HOUSE: Sleeps 8-14 in 4+ generous bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. A beautiful large and luxurious beach house in Santa Cruz. Three houses from the Ocean, with Ocean views from bedrooms and Living rooms. Short walk to the Natural Bridges State Park. .
On the 1st floor there is a Living room area with a welcoming river-rock Fireplace, leading to a luxury gourmet Kitchen with Viking stove and granite countertops. Adjacent to the Kitchen is a Dining area with a large teak Dining table, ideal for entertaining. Off the Dining area is a half Bath and handy Laundry room with the latest front loading washer and dryer. The 2nd floor has 3-bedrooms and a large additional Living room/den with flat screen TV, and great ocean views and the Loft has 2-sleeping areas and more views.
The Master bedroom #1 has an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and a King bed. Bedroom #2 is another large room with a Twin bed and a Twin Trundle. The Bedroom #3 has 1-Queen bed. Then, up a stair-ladder is the Loft which has Bedroom #4 with Queen bed with a Twin Trundle, amazing ocean views, and kids pool & Foosball table. The loft space also has a bonus walk through sleeping/reading area #5 with a Twin bed and Trundle.

The Westside location provides easy access to local activities such as: Tide pooling beach activities and Monarch butterfly watching at Natural Bridges State Park, bicycle rides to Long Marine lab& Seymour Discovery Museum, plus mountain biking in Wilder State Park. It also has easy local access to Kelly's Bakery, a great local patisserie.
A favorite pastime is walking or running on West Cliff Drive, spotting otters and whales, or surfing at the end of the street. Or for the beginner an easier surf break is only a 4-min drive away at at Cowells Beach. Downtown Santa Cruz and the Boardwalk are only a 5-min drive away.
