There is a Washer and a Dryer in the closet. There are two decks. One overlooks a private garden with vegetables & flowers and another deck is off the Master bathroom overlooking the Ocean and the Boardwalk. Just 1 house off West Cliff Drive & a short 3 block walk to the Boardwalk and Downtown. This lovely home is located across the street from Cowells' beach and 3 blocks from the legendary surf spot, Steamer's Lane. No pets please.

Bicyles and helmets provided for you to bicycle all along West Cliff Drive; (Bring childrens bicycles) with ocean views or enjoy a leisurely walk to the Beach/Boardwalk 6.5 blocks away or bicycle to Natural Bridges beach 3 miles away to the photographed beach below. Bring the kids for a day on the beach.
