Our beach house is a short stroll through Frederick’s park to the Yacht Harbor, Aldos, the Crows Nest as well as several other very nice Harbor Restaurants. The Seabright Beach and the Natural History Museum with its often photographed full-size Cement Whale is the center for other Outdoor Activities. At Bella Casa you will also find regularly updated a list of our favorite restaurants.great for children and there’s a lot to do within walking distance. Frederick Street Park is 3 blocks away and great for kids-I have wonderful memories playing there as a child, it is huge and Seabright beach is a clean beach with bathroom facilities, across the street is the natural history museum with the life size cement whale for the children to climb.

The home has great South facing interior light. The furniture is comfortable and conducive to a lovely home environment. And we take pride in providing all the comforts of home including linens, towels, etc… In the Sunny living room, there are 2-Queen Innerspring Futon couches in front of the fireplace and TV with a DVD player. There are lots of books, games and puzzles for relaxation.
We are centrally located for all that the Santa Cruz area has to offer. And the location of our home is the perfect launching pad for ventures North and South along the incredible Pacific coast. It is just a short drive to quaint downtown Santa Cruz Pacific Garden Mall. Thirty minute drive south along the scenic coast takes you to Monterey, Carmel, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Pebble Beach, Laguna Seca and many other attractions.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, electric stove, dishwasher and fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans/dish ware/silverware etc… At the end of the kitchen is a small breakfast nook that seats up to 10 with a card table & 4-folding chair on the left of the kitchen table you can seat 10, which is a good idea, since that is what you sleep. There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room that leads to the private, sunny backyard. The spacious outdoor patio offers a terrific place for dining or a backyard BBQ.

The spacious master suite has 1-Queen bed and sitting area that can accommodate 1-Twin Futon chair/bed. There is a private full bath and a hot & cold bidet! The second bedroom has a total of three twin beds. There are 2-Twin Bunk beds and 1-Twin Loft bed. The second full bath located in the hall also has a shower/tub and make-up area.
The spacious backyard, with fruit trees, an intensive flower/vegetable garden, picnic tables, and lounge chairs.
This part of the house receives a view of the front yard, & ample amounts of Santa cruz sunshine, through its floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
This room features a fireplace, plush floor rugs, and contemporary furniture.
