APRICOT BEACH HOME: Sleeps up to 10 with 3-bedrooms, 2-full baths, Very comfortable home with grassy backyard and short walk to Seacliff State Beach Park and the Rio Del Mar Beach with its fun bonfire rings. It has off-street parking for up to 5-cars. As a guest, you will receive a Free Apricot Sampler from the Owner who also owns the wonderful www.apricot-farm.com in San Juan Bautista, CA.
The 1st bedroom which is downstairs, has 1-Queen and 1-Queen sofa with a Queen Aerobed to make the sofa bed extra comfortable. The downstairs full bath with a Shower/Tub is just 5 steps away. Upstairs the 2nd Bedroom has 1-Queen and 1-Twin Trundle bed with a small TV. The 3rd Bedroom has another Queen. The 2nd full Bathroom with another Shower/Tub. A Full Laundry room is downstairs. All linens are provided and the beds are made fresh for you. More linen in the closet if needed. The Living Room has a Fireplace & TV and is adjacent to the Dining Room & Kitchen. The Dining Room table has 8 chairs and the Counter between the Kitchen and the Dining Room seats 3 more.
The backyard is a sunny patio with a large table and 10 chairs in this flower-filled backyard & a Weber charcoal BBQ. There is a covered parking space for 1-car and two more in the driveway. There are also 2-off street parking spaces in front with no permits required.
This home is located just 2-blocks to the entrance to Seacliff State Beach Park. On the way, you will pass several wonderful restaurants including Mediterranean, Gourmet Pizza by the Slice or Pie, and Manual's famous Mexican cuisine specializing in Red Snapper! Click this link to the Seacliff State Park for more details about the Ranger talks, Picnic grounds, wharf and infamous Cement Ship, which is now a home for local marine wild life. The Wharf is also a fabulous staging area for fireworks both in July and October. Don't miss them!
