THE 26TH AVENUE BEACH HOUSE: is a wonderful home on the southeast side of Moran Lake & the Moran/26th Ave Beach. It has a large shady deck under eucalyptus trees, facing the lake with a peek of the beach and a sunny patio on the other side of the home. You can stroll down a path along the lake and enjoy the birds.
Beyond the path, across East Cliff Dr. you will be on the long & sandy Moran/26th Ave Beach.
The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathd and sleeps up to 8 people. It has a remodeled kitchen and the home has hardwood floors throughout. The first bathroom has a fun claw-foot tub/shower, and the second has a shower. There is also a hot & cold Outdoor shower on the back patio, next the steps up to the redwood deck. There is 1-Queen in the Master Bedroom, 1-Double Bed in a 2nd bedroom that also has a small ocean view. The other two bedrooms have 1-Twin Bunk bed in each room that sleeps 2 guests. There is a TV with Cable & DVD, and the home has Wireless DSL for your laptop. The Living Room of this retreat home has Dutch doors that you can open at night to listen to the frogs! This is a very peaceful home for relaxing and reading. The Living Room, overlooking the Lake, has a Fireplace. There is a picnic table in the dining room for shared meals. The home has 5-parking spaces in front of the wooden privacy fence. The sparkling waters of Moran Beach are just a short 1.5 blocks away.
